$50.00-$99.99 = Shipping Cost $14.99
$100.00+ = Shipping Cost FREE
*Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, are charged $50 flat rate shipping.
Order Processing
Standard processing time once an order is placed is 5 business days. Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped using either USPS or FedEx Ground and typically take 3-7 days depending on the destination. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Adventure Outdoor Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided during order checkout. Upon inquiry, Adventure outdoor supplies will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We aim to ship your order to you quickly, so after orders have been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. If you have not received your shipping notification after 10 business days, please reach out to Customer Support and we can help you check on your order.
Cancelled Orders
Adventure Outdoor Supplies makes every effort to keep items in stock. Occasionally, even after an order has been placed, products will be oversold. If this happens, you will be notified within 48 hours that part, or all, of your order cannot be fulfilled and has been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience. You will be refunded to your original form of payment for any items that were cancelled and any remaining items will still be shipped to you.
