Orders purchased from www.adventureoutdoorsupplies.com.com are eligible for return within 30 days*, with some exceptions detailed below. Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags. Products are subject to inspection.
The following are not eligible for return:
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- There are no exchanges of product.
- Products received as prizes are not exchangeable nor returnable.
- * Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made 11/1 - 12/31 are
eligible for return within 60 days.
Return Process Overview
Refunds will be credited back the original method of payment used on the order for the full amount paid for the product(s) minus shipping charges.
You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us, including any shipping fees incurred. If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact us to initiate the return including details of the issue. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return processing will typically take up to 2-3 weeks from the date the return is received at our warehouse. During peak season return processing can take up to 4-5 weeks.
(Nov. 15 – Jan. 15) Our warehouse is not open to the public and will not accept any item(s) in person. We are not responsible for any item(s) dropped off or left outside our warehouse facility.
